Adv. Karin Shimon-Shoval (LL. B, BA, MBA)
Adv. Karin Shimon-Shoval has been a lawyer since 2005.
Adv. Shimon-Shoval Served for ten years as the legal advisor to one of the leading banks in Israel.
Adv. Shimon-Shoval specializes in a wide range of commercial fields and gained extensive and varied experience, including drafting complex large-scale agreements, drafting finance documents & debt settlements, managing complex negotiations, dealing with suppliers and service providers, drawing up confidentiality agreements, and more.
Adv. Shimon-Shoval was involved in legislative proceedings in banking and finance matters. In this frame, she represented the position of the banking system in Israel in the Knesset and in the Bank of Israel, and wrote internal working procedures.
Additional academic activity of Adv. Karin Shimon-Shoval:
- Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Management of Tel Aviv University in the Basics of Law. In this framework, Adv. Shimon-Shoval lectured undergraduate students in various fields of business and corporation law.
- Lecturer on “Legal Aspects of Establishing a Business” to small and medium-sized businesses in collaboration with MATI – the Israeli Business Development Center.
- Lecturer on bank-client relations in collaboration with the Pa’amonim (not for profit) Association and Givatayim Municipality.
- Writes articles on financial legal matters.
- Gives lectures and training to managers in various banking fields (debt settlements, collateral, third-party guarantees and more).
- Serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Banking Committee.
- Certified by the Ministry of Justice to draft Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Adv. Shoval specializes in the field of insolvency and legal representation; both for individuals in bankruptcy proceedings and leading companies in insolvency, liquidation, reorganization, receiverships cases.
Adv. Shoval also served as the legal advisor at one of Israel’s largest and leading banks.
In this framework, Adv. Shoval represents top-tier business men and companies in high-profile cases, manages complex negotiations and debt settlements and finance agreements, and provides ongoing general legal advice including complex commercial litigation
